The volume of the pus deposit was so large that the vessels and nerves were squeezed, causing paralysis of the patient&#8217;s hand and enormous swelling of the entire upper extremity (see figures). Using arthroscopy, I inserted drains into the pus deposit and drained the pus.  <\/p>\n<p>However, this was only the first, acute operation; in the second phase, extensive surgery will be necessary to finally eliminate the inflammation in the arm.
