V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b do\u0161lo k zatvrdnut\u00ed kloubu v nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 poloze po prvn\u00ed operaci. P\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou byla kombinace vnit\u0159n\u00edch sr\u016fst\u016f (tzv. artrofibr\u00f3za), kloubn\u00edch sr\u016fst\u016f a kapsul\u00e1rn\u00edch kontraktur &#8211; tj. smr\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed a tvrdnut\u00ed kloubn\u00edho pouzdra.  <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c73b6d0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c73b6d0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">C\u00edlen\u00e9 provozn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-562212b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"562212b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u00edlem operace bylo obnovit pohyblivost lokte. Za t\u00edmto \u00fa\u010delem byly opatrn\u011b uvoln\u011bny srostl\u00e9 struktury v kloubu a odstran\u011bna p\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00e1 zjizven\u00e1 tk\u00e1\u0148 a kloubn\u00ed pouzdro. Operace vy\u017eaduje maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159esnost, proto\u017ee v oblasti kolem lokte se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 nervy a c\u00e9vy.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Po operaci byla provedena c\u00edlen\u00e1 n\u00e1sledn\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dba s fyzioterapi\u00ed, kter\u00e1 stabilizovala a d\u00e1le zlep\u0161ila obnovenou pohyblivost.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6b63a40 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"6b63a40\" Loket, kter\u00fd byl d\u0159\u00edve t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 zcela ztuhl\u00fd, se v\u00fdrazn\u011b mobilizoval.
