Kritick\u00e1 byla zejm\u00e9na skute\u010dnost, \u017ee mezi \u00falomky kost\u00ed byl zachycen radi\u00e1ln\u00ed nerv &#8211; d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd nerv ruky. Pacient trp\u011bl takzvanou &#8222;pokleslou rukou&#8220;: Z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed ji\u017e nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 aktivn\u011b zvedat a prsty rovn\u011b\u017e nevykazovaly \u017e\u00e1dnou funkci. Ruka byla prakticky funk\u010dn\u011b ochrnut\u00e1.   <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c73b6d0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c73b6d0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Okam\u017eit\u00e1 operace - uvoln\u011bn\u00ed nervu a osteosynt\u00e9za<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-562212b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"562212b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chirurgick\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dba byla provedena bezprost\u0159edn\u011b po stanoven\u00ed diagn\u00f3zy. Kostn\u00ed \u00falomky byly narovn\u00e1ny a stabilizov\u00e1ny desti\u010dkou (osteosynt\u00e9za). Uv\u00edzl\u00fd nerv byl opatrn\u011b obna\u017een a uvoln\u011bn z tlaku. Tato kombinace kostn\u00ed rekonstrukce a dekomprese nervu byla pro obnoven\u00ed funkce kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1.   <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prvn\u00ed zlep\u0161en\u00ed se projevilo hned druh\u00fd den po operaci &#8211;
