Zlomenina byla ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve operov\u00e1na jin\u00fdm l\u00e9ka\u0159em, ale p\u0159i poopera\u010dn\u00ed kontrole bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee poloha kostn\u00edch \u00falomk\u016f nen\u00ed adekv\u00e1tn\u00ed. Zlomenina byla reponov\u00e1na a fixov\u00e1na ve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 poloze. Byly pou\u017eity jak dr\u00e1ty, tak nov\u00e1 desti\u010dka se \u0161rouby.
