Oba postrann\u00ed vazy a kloubn\u00ed pouzdro na p\u0159edn\u00ed stran\u011b byly p\u0159etr\u017een\u00e9. Aby pacient\u016fv loket z\u016fstal v budoucnu stabiln\u00ed a mohl ruku nad\u00e1le bez probl\u00e9m\u016f pou\u017e\u00edvat, bylo nutn\u00e9 o\u0161et\u0159it v\u0161echna tato poran\u011bn\u00ed ze t\u0159\u00ed stran. Nejprve jsme kloubn\u00ed pouzdro p\u0159i\u0161ili zp\u011bt na loketn\u00ed kost zep\u0159edu. Tato \u010d\u00e1st operace je slo\u017eit\u00e1, proto\u017ee velk\u00e9 c\u00e9vy a nervy prob\u00edhaj\u00ed pod\u00e9l p\u0159edn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti lokte a v\u011bt\u0161ina chirurg\u016f si netrouf\u00e1 vstoupit do kloubu zep\u0159edu. Pot\u00e9 jsme p\u0159i\u0161ili vnit\u0159n\u00ed postrann\u00ed vaz a nakonec vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed postrann\u00ed vaz zp\u011bt na pa\u017en\u00ed kost. Pacient m\u016f\u017ee za\u010d\u00edt cvi\u010dit s loktem od druh\u00e9ho dne po operaci.
