Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed t\u00edmto onemocn\u011bn\u00edm trp\u00ed, nemohou rotovat p\u0159edlokt\u00edm, co\u017e jim zna\u010dn\u011b zt\u011b\u017euje \u0159adu ka\u017edodenn\u00edch \u010dinnost\u00ed (pr\u00e1ce na po\u010d\u00edta\u010di, manu\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ce atd.).   <\/p>\n<p>Operace je velmi choulostiv\u00e1, proto\u017ee ani jedna z kost\u00ed nem\u00e1 sv\u016fj norm\u00e1ln\u00ed tvar a nen\u00ed snadn\u00e9 naj\u00edt hranici mezi ob\u011bma kostmi (ilustra\u010dn\u00ed foto b\u011bhem operace). Jakmile jsou ob\u011b kosti odd\u011bleny ve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m bod\u011b, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt obnoven jejich spr\u00e1vn\u00fd tvar (obr\u00e1zek po operaci).
