Tato poran\u011bn\u00ed jsou velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b l\u00e9\u010diteln\u00e1, proto\u017ee operace zahrnuje nejen obnoven\u00ed kontaktu kostn\u00edch \u00falomk\u016f, ale tak\u00e9 osy kosti a zejm\u00e9na jej\u00ed kloubn\u00ed plochy. Rentgenov\u00e9 sn\u00edmky (obr. po) ukazuj\u00ed postup rekonstrukce kosti od za\u010d\u00e1tku do konce. Pouze takto dokonal\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dba umo\u017e\u0148uje pacientovi v\u00e9st plnohodnotn\u00fd \u017eivot.   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
