Tato poran\u011bn\u00ed jsou velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b l\u00e9\u010diteln\u00e1, proto\u017ee \u00falomky kloubn\u00ed plochy jsou \u010dasto mal\u00e9 a \u010dasto je ani nen\u00ed technicky mo\u017en\u00e9 znovu sestavit. M\u011bl jsem proto mo\u017enost implantovat jako rezervu hemiartroplastiku loketn\u00edho kloubu, kter\u00e1 v Rakousku dosud nebyla pou\u017eita. Nakonec se poda\u0159ilo kloubn\u00ed plochu obnovit, co\u017e je pro mlad\u00e9ho pacienta jist\u011b p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Rentgenov\u00e9 sn\u00edmky (obr. po) ukazuj\u00ed obnoven\u00ed tvaru pa\u017en\u00ed kosti po operaci.
