Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed pohybov\u00e1 aktivita, kter\u00e1 prob\u00edh\u00e1 b\u011bhem prvn\u00edch dvou minut, je pova\u017eov\u00e1na za anaerobn\u00ed, pokud svaly \u010derpaj\u00ed energii pro v\u00fdkon p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b z d\u0159\u00edve nahromad\u011bn\u00fdch z\u00e1sob, a tedy bez pot\u0159eby p\u0159\u00edsunu kysl\u00edku (tzv. anaerobn\u00ed glykol\u00fdza). Tato d\u0159\u00edve nahromad\u011bn\u00e1 energie je sval\u016fm k dispozici velmi rychle (co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje dosa\u017een\u00ed vysok\u00fdch v\u00fdkon\u016f), ale netrv\u00e1 dlouho. Tento typ sportu ozna\u010dujeme jako <b>silov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink<\/b>. Po dvou minut\u00e1ch maxim\u00e1ln\u00edho v\u00fdkonu je nutn\u00e9 vytv\u00e1\u0159et energii pomoc\u00ed kysl\u00edku (tzv. aerobn\u00ed glykol\u00fdza) (po t\u0159ech minut\u00e1ch maxim\u00e1ln\u00edho v\u00fdkonu je vy\u010derp\u00e1no 90 % p\u016fvodn\u00edch energetick\u00fdch z\u00e1sob). Tento proces je pomalej\u0161\u00ed (v\u00fdroba energie z cukru za \u00fa\u010dasti kysl\u00edku je pomalej\u0161\u00ed), proto je dosa\u017een\u00fd v\u00fdkon ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ale je mo\u017en\u00e9 danou \u010dinnost vykon\u00e1vat del\u0161\u00ed dobu. Nejtypi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1stupcem vytrvalostn\u00edch plaveck\u00fdch discipl\u00edn je plav\u00e1n\u00ed na dlouh\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti (kraul). Tr\u00e9nink t\u011bchto sportovc\u016f mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zam\u011b\u0159en na vytrvalost. Obvykle se jedn\u00e1 o deset dvouhodinov\u00fdch plaveck\u00fdch tr\u00e9nink\u016f t\u00fddn\u011b, kter\u00e9 jsou dopln\u011bny pouze dv\u011bma kondi\u010dn\u00edmi tr\u00e9ninky a jedn\u00edm atletick\u00fdm tr\u00e9ninkem t\u00fddn\u011b. Za t\u00fdden uplave d\u00e1lkov\u00fd plavec obvykle 70 a\u017e 120 kilometr\u016f, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 3 500 a\u017e 4 000 kilometr\u016f za rok. B\u011bhem dvouhodinov\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ninku provede d\u00e1lkov\u00fd plavec p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 5 000 a\u017e 7 000 obrat\u016f ramenem, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 50 000 a\u017e 70 000 obrat\u016f za t\u00fdden a 2 500 000 a\u017e 2 800 000 obrat\u016f za rok.     <\/p>\n<p>Ramenn\u00ed kloub je bezpochyby nejv\u00edce zat\u011b\u017eovanou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u011bla vytrvalostn\u00edho plavce (tzv. &#8222;rameno plavce&#8220;).
