Doposud bylo navr\u017eeno n\u011bkolik postup\u016f, jak nahradit postrann\u00ed vazy. Ji\u017e v roce 1966 publikovali Osborne a Cotterill vlastn\u00ed techniku <b>zpevn\u011bn\u00ed stabiliza\u010dn\u00edch struktur vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho postrann\u00edho vazu<\/b>. V roce 1986 Jobe jako prvn\u00ed pou\u017eil k rekonstrukci medi\u00e1ln\u00edho kolater\u00e1ln\u00edho vazu \u0161lachu ve tvaru &#8222;osmi\u010dky&#8220;. Tato a podobn\u00e9 techniky v\u0161ak m\u011bly \u0159adu nev\u00fdhod. Operovali jsme ji\u017e des\u00edtky pacient\u016f a nezaznamenali jsme \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 komplikace. Pacienti se v pr\u016fm\u011bru po t\u0159ech m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch vracej\u00ed do pr\u00e1ce, ke sv\u00e9mu p\u016fvodn\u00edmu zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed nebo ke sportovn\u00ed aktivit\u011b. Subjektivn\u011b je v\u011bt\u0161ina pacient\u016f s v\u00fdsledkem velmi spokojena. U \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9ho z na\u0161ich pacient\u016f se po operaci neobjevilo nov\u00e9 vyklouben\u00ed.    <\/p>\n<p>Vznik <b>chronick\u00e9 nestability <\/b>lokte po neuspokojiv\u011b l\u00e9\u010den\u00fdch vyklouben\u00edch nen\u00ed neobvykl\u00fd. U sportovc\u016f jsou \u010dasto posti\u017eeny i postrann\u00ed vazy lokte. Anatomick\u00e1 rekonstrukce kolater\u00e1ln\u00edch vaz\u016f m\u00e1 logicky sv\u00e9 opodstatn\u011bn\u00ed na lokti stejn\u011b jako v jin\u00fdch anatomick\u00fdch oblastech (koleno, horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st hlezenn\u00edho kloubu).
